Your tests stay on your device
All tests on TestMyKit run in your browser. Sound from your microphone, the picture from your camera, your key presses, mouse clicks and controller input are processed on your device only. We do not record, upload or store them. Recordings and snapshots you make stay in your browser until you close the page, unless you choose to save them yourself.
What is stored in your browser
We save a few small settings in your browser's local storage: your colour theme, light or dark mode, and your best CPS scores. They never leave your device and you can clear them in your browser settings at any time. The site also stores its own files so it can work offline.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal data. It tells us which pages are visited, roughly from which countries, and how fast the pages load.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
Changes
If we add advertising or anything else that changes how data is handled, we will update this page before it goes live.
